Prunning Trees

Trees in LityxIQ are automatically pruned to avoid overfitting (i.e., the underlying algorithm will build a bigger tree, then use internal cross-validation to prune it back to a more stable level), in addition to being able to directly control overfitting using the options Simon mentioned. PredictIQ doesn’t allow you to manually pick a node and prune it off.
